Terms of use

Nightjar is a private beta for delegating work to connected AI agents. Use it with accounts, data, and systems that you are authorized to access.

Your workspace and access

The workspace operator controls invitations and access to this deployment. Keep API keys and account credentials private, and tell the operator promptly if access may have been compromised. Do not attempt to access another workspace or bypass a service's permissions.

Running agents

You choose the instructions, connected tools, and available permissions. When a connected account has write access, an agent may change external systems as part of the assigned task, including creating issues, changing files, opening pull requests, managing calendar events, or sending email and Slack messages. Read the run's settings and give the agent only the access needed.

Model outputs can be incomplete or incorrect. Review results and external changes before relying on them, particularly for consequential decisions. A successful run status means the execution finished; it is not a guarantee that the result is accurate.

Third-party accounts

Your model providers, connected tools, and execution services retain their own terms, permission requirements, limits, and billing arrangements. Connecting an existing subscription does not change those terms or promise unlimited usage. You are responsible for having the required access for your intended work.

Beta availability

The beta can change, fail, or become temporarily unavailable. Run history and delivery attempts help you inspect what happened, but the beta does not provide an uptime or completion guarantee. Keep independent copies of important results and avoid relying on it as the only record of essential work.

The privacy notice explains what this deployment stores and where run information goes. Contact your workspace owner or use the Nightjar support page for support, access changes, or deletion requests. The operator may restrict access to protect the service or its users.

This policy also covers the Nightjar MCP connector. A connected assistant can access workspace runs within the permissions you grant. Its provider’s own privacy policy applies to information it receives.
