Support

A little help getting the work moving.

Using Nightjar

Start with the connection guide. For account access, run recovery, or a deletion request, contact the workspace owner or the person who invited you. You can find your workspace under the workspace menu in Nightjar.

Something went wrong?

Include the run link, approximate time, and the error shown on screen. Never send API keys, sign-in codes, saved credentials, or private connection URLs.

My assistant cannot connect

Use https://app.usenightjar.com/mcp directly. Sign in again if your client still uses the previous Railway address. In Nightjar, open Developers → MCP to inspect or disconnect authorized clients.

A run needs my input

Open its run link to read and answer the saved question. Do not resubmit the original prompt just to check progress; that can create a second run.

I want to disconnect or delete my data

Revoke assistant access under Developers → MCP, and disconnect services under Connections. Disconnecting stops future access, but does not delete past run history. Ask your workspace operator to remove that data; see the privacy notice.

Publishing reports a Vercel 403

The deployment operator must check the publishing credential’s expiry and Vercel team access. A failed publication does not require rebuilding the result. Keep the run link and project files for recovery.
